1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Tri-Arch Sdn Bhd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Services

Tri-Arch Sdn Bhd provides roofing contractor services including but not limited to:

  • Roof Leak Detection & Waterproofing
  • Roof Installation & Re-Roofing
  • Building Facade Services
  • Roof Recoating & Rejuvenation
  • Gutter & Rainwater Downpipe Services

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in RM (Malaysian Ringgit) and are subject to change without notice. Pricing is project-based and confirmed after on-site inspection. Payment terms are stated in the written quote.

4. Inspection and Quoting

On-site inspections are free. Following inspection, we provide a written, itemised quote. Work begins only after written acceptance of the quote. Any variations from the original scope are discussed and agreed in writing before continuing.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of scheduled work must be communicated at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee covering mobilisation and material costs.

6. Workmanship Warranty

Tri-Arch Sdn Bhd provides a written workmanship warranty on completed roofing and facade work, with terms stated in the project quote. Material warranties (from manufacturers) sit alongside our workmanship warranty.

7. Service Guarantee

Tri-Arch Sdn Bhd strives to provide quality service. If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us in writing within the warranty period and we will work to resolve the issue.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tri-Arch Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the relevant project.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Tri-Arch Sdn Bhd and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
