Tri-Arch was founded to do one thing properly: treat the roof and the facade as the single system they actually are. Most roofing crews stop at the roofline. Most facade crews don't look at the roof. The junctions between them, where leaks actually start, sit in no-man's-land.

We do both, and we do them together. From our base in Taman Indrahana off Old Klang Road, we serve homeowners, commercial property managers, and construction project teams across the Klang Valley, including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Cheras, Puchong, and the wider KL area. We've worked on LRT and MRT projects, standing-seam commercial roofs, ACP-cladded high-rises, and the aging concrete-tile terrace houses that make up most of KL's residential stock.

What sets us apart isn't fancy marketing. It's the diagnostic discipline: thermal imaging, moisture metering, and water-spray testing to find the real source of every leak before we touch any repair. And the honesty: if a localised repair will hold, we say so. If your roof needs a full replacement, we explain why with the evidence in front of you.

We're available Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:30am-1:00pm, so urgent leaks during the monsoon don't have to wait for the work week.
